At a glance
- Zicy shows a small business what AI answer engines say about it, whether that is accurate, and who AI recommends instead.
- Setup is pasting your website. Zicy writes the questions to track, points to what to fix first in plain English, and does the technical fixes with you.
- You get a report you can hand to a boss, and proof of AI-referred visits in your own analytics.
Your customers are asking AI first.
Buyers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI answers about businesses like yours, and act on what they hear. The visit you used to earn from a search result often never happens, because the answer already came back.
The demand didn't disappear. The click did.
Two ways in, one simple start.
I run the business.
You wear every hat and you do not have a marketer. Good news: pasting your website is the whole setup. Zicy writes the questions, shows what to fix in plain English, and does the technical work with you.
I run the marketing.
Your CEO asked what AI says about the company and you need a real answer. Zicy gives you measurement, the fixes, and a boss-ready report, with no specialist hire and no retainer.
Everything in one place, in plain English.
See what AI says about you
Zicy writes the buyer questions from your website, tracks them weekly across all five engines, and lets you set your city and language. Four plain numbers, each explained in a sentence: how often AI mentions you, how often it links to you, your share of the answer, and your average position.
Who it recommends instead
See which businesses AI puts in your place, and the exact words it uses about them and about you. Owned, earned, competitor or uncited, so you know whose story is winning.
What it gets wrong
Every claim AI makes about you is fact-checked per engine. Outdated facts, the wrong location, a competitor confusion: each error is routed to a prioritised fix list, not left for you to spot.
Fixes, not homework
The work is done with you, not handed back as a to-do list. Schema is generated for you, cited articles are written with your approval, and pages are upgraded. You review and approve.
Proof in your analytics
See the visits and enquiries that came from AI answers, in your own Google Analytics, so you can tell what is working and show it to anyone who asks.
Ask Zicy, your in-app consultant
A built-in consultant answers your questions in plain English, right where you work, so you are never stuck on what to do next.
Measure, fix, and prove it, at a price that fits.
Not another dashboard.
At this price, most tools only monitor, and some skip Google's AI answers entirely. Zicy runs the whole loop: measure what AI says, diagnose why, act to fix it, and prove it moved demand.
Truth, not just mentions.
AI gets businesses wrong: outdated facts, the wrong location, a competitor in your place. Zicy fact-checks what AI says and routes every error to remediation, not just a mention count.
Built for the team you actually have.
Setup is pasting your website. A built-in consultant answers your questions, a report is ready for your boss, and roles let you add whoever helps. About thirty minutes a week.
A calm, week-by-week start.
Paste your website URL and activate. Your first read of what AI says lands within minutes.
Technical fixes go in and confirmed errors are corrected, so AI reads you accurately.
One cited article a week on your biggest gaps, written with your approval.
Watch the trend line move and the enquiries coming in from AI answers.
Priced for a small business, not an enterprise.
Starter is $129 a month: less than a single Google Ads click a day in many industries, and a fraction of an agency retainer. Growth is $349 for bigger teams. 7-day free trial, no card. Annual is 13 months for the price of 12.
Questions small businesses ask.
Do I need a marketer to use Zicy?
No. Setup is pasting your website URL. Zicy writes the questions to track, points to what to fix first in plain English, and does the technical fixes with you. A built-in consultant answers anything you are unsure about.
Does this matter for a business my size?
More than ever. 45% of consumers now use AI tools for local business recommendations, up from 6% a year earlier (BrightLocal, n=1,002, 2026). When AI answers the question, a smaller business that shows up accurately can win the customer before a bigger competitor is even mentioned.
How is this different from my SEO tool or agency?
Your Google rank is no longer your AI rank. SEO tools measure where you sit in a list of links; Zicy measures what AI says about you in the answer itself, whether it is accurate, and fixes what is wrong. It works alongside your SEO, it does not replace your rankings work.
My CEO wants an answer this week.
You can have a baseline in days. Paste the website, and Zicy shows how AI describes the company today across all five engines, where it is wrong, and the plan to fix it, in a PDF report you can hand over.
What about my reviews and Google Business Profile?
AI leans on both, so keep building genuine reviews and keeping your profile current. Zicy does not manage reviews or your Business Profile. It covers the website, content and entity signals AI reads, which are the parts most businesses never look at.
What happens after I start?
You paste your website and get your first read within minutes. Technical fixes and confirmed errors go in over the first couple of weeks, then a cited article a week on your biggest gaps, and you watch the trend and the enquiries from AI answers.
General questions about Zicy and AI visibility.
What is AI visibility?
AI visibility is how often, how accurately, and how prominently a name appears in the answers AI engines give when people ask about its category, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. It is distinct from search rankings: something can rank on Google's first page and still be absent from the AI answer.
What is AEO or GEO?
AEO (answer engine optimisation) and GEO (generative engine optimisation) are the practices of making a name accurately findable and citable in AI-generated answers, rather than ranked in a list of links. They address AI engines, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, where SEO addresses traditional search results.
How is AI visibility different from SEO?
SEO optimises where pages rank in a list of links; AI visibility determines whether a name is mentioned and cited in a synthesised answer. They run on different signals, only 12% of AI-cited links also rank in Google's top 10 (Ahrefs, 15,000 prompts, 2025), so a strong SEO position does not guarantee a place in the answer.
What is AI Share of Voice?
AI Share of Voice is the percentage of AI answers in a category that mention a given name, measured against a tracked competitor set. It is the headline metric Zicy reports, because it reflects the answers people act on rather than the rankings or impressions older metrics counted.
Which AI engines does Zicy track?
Zicy tracks five engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Each weights sources differently, so coverage across all five, rather than any single one, is what gives a defensible picture.
How does Zicy know what the AI said, does it scrape, and is it reliable week to week?
Measurement uses legitimate API access where available and respects platform terms of service, no machine-generated rank-checking traffic. Tracking is weekly by design, because answer engines evolve gradually; weekly surfaces meaningful shifts and filters out the noise daily tracking would invent.
How quickly does AI visibility change once you act?
AI visibility shifts gradually rather than overnight, because the engines rebuild entity understanding and retrieval over time rather than on a fixed schedule. Zicy tracks weekly so you can watch movement against a baseline as fixes, content and earned coverage take effect, rather than waiting for a single before-and-after snapshot.
Could using this get us penalised by Google?
No, the approach is the opposite of manipulation. Zicy's tooling is built to current best practice and aligned with Google's May 2026 spam-policy update covering AI Overviews and AI Mode; the work is to make genuine expertise easier for AI to find, verify and trust, not to game it.
What does it cost, and what are we locked into?
Plans run from $129 a month (Starter) to $349 (Growth), with custom Enterprise; Starter and Growth include a 7-day trial, the annual plan gives thirteen months for twelve. The platform is self-serve with no lock-in.
Why a tool built in Penang rather than a US platform?
Because coverage in your markets and languages is the starting point here, not an afterthought. APAC-native coverage across all five engines and the languages your buyers actually use is built in, and Zicy operates under Malaysia Digital status.
