Why does the Starter plan cost $129?

Answer engines and LLMs don't update their knowledge in real time the way news indexes do. Their retrieval layers, embeddings and citation behaviour evolve gradually, not day by day. Tracking daily fluctuations creates false signals, unnecessary alerts and reactive decision-making.

Zicy tracks weekly by design to surface what actually matters:

Do my credits roll over to the next month?

• Monthly plan credits, No. Your base allowance (e.g. 7 for Starter, 25 for Growth) resets every month. We encourage you to use them to keep your site fresh.
• Add-on credits, Yes. If you purchase a Content Pack or Audit Boost add-on, those credits do not expire and stay in your wallet until you use them.

Can I manage multiple websites or clients on one plan?

Yes. All Zicy plans come with unlimited projects/brands. You can split your tracked prompts and action credits across as many websites as you like, perfect for portfolio owners and agencies.

What counts as a "Tracked Prompt"?

A "prompt" is a key customer question you want Zicy to monitor for you (e.g. "Best CRM for small business").

When you track 1 prompt, Zicy actually runs that query across 5 different AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode and AI Overview). You get 5 AI responses for every single prompt you track.

Which AI engines do you track?

By default, the Starter and Growth plans track the "Big 5" most important engines for traffic:

How does the "Extra LLM" pricing work?

If you want to track additional engines (like DeepSeek, Grok, etc.), the price is dynamic based on your tracked prompts. We charge $0.50 per tracked prompt for each extra engine.

• Starter (50 prompts) + Grok = $25 / month (50 × $0.50)
• Growth (150 prompts) + DeepSeek = $75 / month (150 × $0.50)
• Starter (50 prompts) + 10 extra prompts + 1 extra LLM = $30 / month ((50 + 10) × $0.50)

What happens if I run out of credits or prompts mid-month?

You never have to upgrade your full plan if you don't want to. You can simply buy a flexible add-on.

• Need to scan a huge new client site? Buy an Audit Boost ($10).
• Need to write a batch of blog posts? Buy a Content Pack ($50).
• Need to track 10 more keywords? Buy additional prompts ($25).

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes. We reward long-term strategy. On the annual plan you effectively get 1 month free (you pay for 12 months and get 13). This lowers your effective monthly cost and ensures your optimisation strategy runs uninterrupted all year.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard.

Pro tip: you might not even need to change your plan. If you just have a busy month and need a few extra credits or keywords, you can purchase flexible add-ons (like a Content Pack or extra prompts) without forcing a full subscription upgrade. We designed Zicy to grow with you, however you need it.
